The fact that our meats are hot smoked and thereby ready to eat make them an extremely easy and flexible ingredient to use, whether simply in sandwiches or salads, or reheated in a variety of hot dishes.
Our chicken is smoked whole as we strongly believe this produces a better texture and more fully flavoured product. Why not then use the bones to provide wonderful stock for further dishes?!
